We also endeavour that the any recipient of such Information agree to process such Information based on our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. Allow access of location for weather forecast
This application only asks permission for your location to retrieve weather data. Your location is queried through the selected weather provider’s online service to retrieve the weather data for the selected location. The privacy policy for the weather providers can be found below. Providing location data is optional and is not necessary for the application to function.
App Permissions
Internet
Allows connection to the internet. This permission is used to connect to the internet to retrieve weather data from the selected weather provider.
Location
Allows access to approximate (network-based) or precise (GPS) location. This permission is used, only when allowed, to query weather data for your location. Your location is only queried through the selected weather providers API to retrieve weather data for your selected location. The privacy policy for all weather providers can be found below.
Background Location
Allows access to location at any time, even while the app is not in use. This permission is only used to update notifications and widgets in the background with the weather for your current location while the app is not in use. Providing Background location is optional and is not necessary for the application to function
Third-Party Services
With the goal of improving the user experience, this app uses several third-party services in order to improve the application’s functionality. These services include weather providers, map providers and crash log services. These services may collect additional information.
